Senior Citizens Center Fundraiser

The Senior Citizens Center in Fulton will be having their concession fundraiser during the Banana Festival.  The Fundraiser will be:

  • Thursday the 15th 11 am to 6 pm (Taco Salad & Regular Concessions)
  • Friday and Saturday the 16th & 17th  10 am to 9 pm (Bean & Ham Plate & Regular Concessions)

Attention Motorist Expect Detours Downtown

This week begins the Banana Festival activities.  If you are traveling in the downtown area expect random and frequent road closures.  These closures are necessary to protect the pedestrians in attendance of the festival.  Please be prepared to detour from your normal travels and be patient with pedestrians.  Come out and be part of the fun.  Streets commonly affected include:

Movies In The Park “The Wizard of OZ”

Saturday September 10, 2016 at 07:30 PM the final Summer Movies in the Park showing of “The Wizard of OZ” will be in Unity Park.  Load up your chairs, blankets, drink and snacks and bring the family to see this classic movie.  Twin City Men’s Organization will be selling snacks to raise money.

Fulton County Clerk Office Hours in Fulton

The Fulton County Clerk Office is open at the Fulton City Hall every Wednesday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Their number in Fulton is 270-472-3194. Here is a link to their website  Fulton County Clerk Website.  This is a valuable service that many may not know is available.  You can get car tags and conduct most business with them instead of driving to Hickman to do so.
