Our first virtual training event for the Community Development Leadership Initiative is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5th at 11:00 AM Central/Noon Eastern. This event will discuss the requirements for developing a homebuyer education program in your community. Homebuyer education is a requirement of almost all affordable mortgage products and down payment assistance programs.
