Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Fulton Fire Department to preserve life and property, promote public safety and promote growth through leadership, education, management and actions, as a fire and rescue response provider in the City of Fulton, Kentucky.

Vision Statement

The Department will focus its efforts on responding rapidly to emergencies, providing appropriate interventions and use of resources in the City of Fulton, Kentucky.

Today the Fulton Fire Department is a combination department consisting of a career Chief. The department has 24 paid on call members. On average the department responds to 160 calls a year. The department covers 2,775 people, 1,225 households, and 753 families residing in the city. The departments total coverage area is 2.8 square miles. The City of Fulton has an automatic mutual aid with the City of South Fulton, TN for structure fires inside the respective city limits. Services provided by The City of Fulton Fire Department include:
