Code Enforcement
Mission
The mission of the Code Enforcement Division is to enhance and sustain the quality of life of our citizens.
Goal
Compliance is our main goal. This is usually accomplished with an initial friendly contact with the violator. If compliance is not obtained a citation may be issued or a Notice of Violation will be administered, which ultimately could be heard before the Code Enforcement Board for an official ruling.
Vision
The vision of the Code Enforcement Division is to promote, protect, and improve the safety, health, and welfare of our citizens. This is accomplished by providing equitable, expeditious and effective enforcement of city codes.
