The City of Fulton has received a Strategic Planning grant from the Delta Regional Authority to develop a Comprehensive Water System Strategic Plan for the residents of Fulton, KY. This project will help the city and its partners improve public services and support sustainable investments in water and wastewater infrastructure. The plan will provide strategies to improve aging infrastructure, support long-term growth of small businesses and provide cleaner, safer water systems, and strengthen resiliency of the water systems.
