Sealed bids may be hand delivered to Fulton City Clerk at 101 Nelson Tripp Place, Fulton, KY or mailed to Fulton City Clerk at PO Box 1350, Fulton, KY 42041 and received no later than April 6, 2023  by 02:00 PM CST at which time bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at the Fulton City Hall Commission Room, 101 Nelson Tripp Place, Fulton, Ky 42041 Each bid should be enclosed in sealed envelope and clearly marked:

The System Wide Boil Water Notice that was issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers for State Route 94 E beginning at State Route 1706 and all customers west of State Route 1706, State Route 239 North, State Route 239 South, State Route 94 West, and all customers in Cayce due to loss in water pressure from a main rupture, HAS BEEN LIFTED.  Please follow the City of Fulton’s website at www.fulton-ky.com for updates.  If you have any questions, please call Fulton Public Works at 270-472-2434.


BOIL WATER NOTICE: For Fulton City Municipal Water Customers on State Route 94 E beginning at State Route 1706 westward, State Route 239 N & S, and all of Cayce.

BOIL WATER NOTICE: As a precautionary measure, beginning immediately, February 24, 2023, a boil water notice has been issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers on State Route 94 E beginning at State Route 1706 and all customers west of State Route1706. This also includes State Route 239 North, State Route 239 South, State Route 94 West, and all customers in Cayce due to loss in water pressure from a main rupture. We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and community. We are also grateful for the dedicated and knowledgeable employees that worked since 10:30 pm on February 23, 2023 to repair the issue and ensure a safe and reliable source of water. BOIL WATER NOTICE As a precautionary measure, immediately, February 18, 2023, Boil Water Notice was issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers, in the area along US 45 from Terry Road (Shadowens) to Water Valley, due to loss in water pressure from a main rupture. We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and community. Garbage Pickup Schedule for City of Fulton

GFL will resume regular garbage pickup schedule on Thursday, February 2, 2023. He will also attempt to pick up all missed customers that were on Tuesdays regularly scheduled route on Thursday February 2, 2023.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE The City of Fulton is announcing that the city hall and other city offices will be closed on Wednesday, February 01, 2023 due to a winter weather and unsafe conditions. This action is being taken to ensure safety for residents and city employees with potential vehicle or foot traffic hazards because of frozen precipitation.

 “This winter storm has left difficult and dangerous driving conditions. Citizens are urged to stay home unless absolutely necessary to travel.“ said City Manager Mike Gunn. Office staff are monitoring email and voice mail if you have an immediate need. If you have a utility emergency call 270-236-3015  or and a dispatcher will get you the on call staff. All other emergencies should use 911.
