*UPDATE: Street is now open*

Walnut Street in Fulton, between Nelson Tripp Place and Washington Streets, will be closed to through traffic for a water main repair. The Fulton Post Office parking lot and mail box will still be accessible from Walnut Street, into and out of the Post Office parking lot. Through traffic will be prohibited on Walnut Street. The portion of the street to be closed is expected to reopen by end of day on Friday, July 12, according to Fulton City Manager Mike Gunn.
