*UPDATE: Street is now open*

Walnut Street in Fulton, between Nelson Tripp Place and Washington Streets, will be closed to through traffic for a water main repair. The Fulton Post Office parking lot and mail box will still be accessible from Walnut Street, into and out of the Post Office parking lot. Through traffic will be prohibited on Walnut Street. The portion of the street to be closed is expected to reopen by end of day on Friday, July 12, according to Fulton City Manager Mike Gunn.

GFL will run their normally scheduled garbage route on Thursday, July 4th. Please have all cans placed curbside on the evening of Wednesday, July 3rd to ensure pickup.

*BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED*: As a precautionary measure, beginning immediately, May 20, 2024, a boil water notice has been issued for Fulton City Municipal Water customers on State Route 1461 and State Route 2149 due to a leak repair on the main. This boil water notice does not include Royal Ridge and Parkway Square. The City of Fulton Public Works Department is actively working on this leak. You may experience water loss or water pressure loss in other areas of town as well. We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and community.
